Every year a group from my church called Mission Firefly take 3 trips to Guatemala. In the 8 or so times they have gone, it became apparent that one of the biggest needs was clean water. To meet this need here and in other third world countries, my youth pastor challenged the youth at FBC Meridianville to raise $50,000. This money can buy 5 water purification systems. We are taking another trip during Spring Break, in 22 days, and I GET TO GO :) I am so excited to be apart of the team to build what I’ve spent so much time raising money and putting my own money for.
